Can I take vehicles off-roading?All our vehicles are for on-road use only. Vehicles are monitored for any off-road use using automated GPS alerts, with immediate termination of the rental agreement if detected.

Do you monitor the rental vehicles via GPS?Yes, all our vehicles are equipped with GPS and TAG devices. We only access GPS data if the car isn’t returned in time or used in violation of the rental terms (such as excessive speeding or off-road use). Automated alerts notify us of any use in violation of the rental terms.

What's the minimum age required to rent a vehicle?While we accept all clients above the age of 18 with a full G license, anyone under the age of 25 will have to pay a bigger deposit and an underage fee of $150 per booking

Can I smoke in a rental vehicle?No, all our rentals are strictly non-smoking vehicles. We reserve the right to charge our clients a clean-up fee and a down-time fee for vehicles that smell like smoke upon return

Do you offer a pick-up or drop-off service?Yes, we do offer Pick-Up and Drop-off service. Depending on the distance, we might charge a service fee. Please get in touch with one of our friendly staff members for a quote.

Are the cars branded/plated as rental cars?No, none of our cars are branded or plated as rentals. Wherever you go, everyone will think you're the owner.

Do you rent vehicles for weddings?Yes, a lot of our clients choose to rent a vehicle for their wedding. Please ask one of our staff members for a guide on how to decorate the car without damaging the paint.

What is required to rent a Luxury or Exotic car?We require two pieces of ID including a valid Driver’s License as well as any major credit card (Visa, American Express, Mastercard)

How much does it cost to rent a Luxury or Exotic vehicle?Our rates start at $60 a day. For our most prestigious vehicles we charge up to $1,500 a day.

Do I have to gas up the vehicle prior to return?No, we do not require the vehicle to be returned full. We appreciate if the vehicle comes back with the same level of fuel as the time of check-out. However, we can do the leg work for you and charge $3/litre for all cars that require refuelling to the same level as check-out.

Do you accept cash payments?Yes, we accept cash for our rentals but please note, we require a Security Deposit via major credit card whether or not you elect to pay the rental fee in cash.

Do you provide rentals for music videos, movies or marketing purposes?Yes, we love to provide our vehicles for music video, movies and marketing purposes. For a custom quote, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Do you provide hourly rentals?No, currently we unfortunately only offer a minimum time of daily rentals. We may allow hourly rentals in the future.

Can we drive the rental vehicles outside of the area?Yes, you can. Although, we do not allow trips to Montreal or Toronto unless pre-authorized due to the recent string of thefts. The vehicles engine will automatically be disabled as soon as it passes our preset geo-fencing area. Please inquire prior to booking if you plan on going to Montreal or Toronto, as we cannot guarantee a refund in the event that you're denied your trip after booking.

Will the rental vehicle be clean upon pick-up?Yes, all our rental vehicles are professionally maintained and detailed to the highest standards before pick up. With last minute reservations, we let our clients decide if they would like the car detailed before the rental begins or if they prefer a more swift check out in the rare case the car has not already been cleaned.

What happens if I get a red-light or speeding camera violation?All traffic violations received will be deducted from your deposit or credit card if received after you return the vehicle. A $50 administration fee will be added along with any processing fees.

How many kilometers are included with a daily rental?All our rental cars come with minimum 150 km up to 300 km allowance per day. Please ask one of our staff if you require additional details or would like to purchase extra mileage protection.

Is the rental price negotiable?Only under unique circumstances do we negotiate our rental price. Need a car for pictures, videos or last minute and we might be able to get you a deal! However, it’s our priority to offer the finest vehicles, paired with a true conviction to make sure every customer leaves with a smile on their face; all which comes at a price.

How does insurance work?If you have personal insurance which covers you while driving other vehicles, then you do not need to worry about additional insurance. We offer an optional Loss Damage Waiver (LDW). The LDW cost and Deductible varies between vehicles. Please call us for more details.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
