Yes, you can. Although, we do not allow trips to Montreal or Toronto unless pre-authorized due to the recent string of thefts. The vehicles engine will automatically be disabled as soon as it passes our preset geo-fencing area. Please inquire prior to booking if you plan on going to Montreal or Toronto, as we cannot guarantee a refund in the event that you're denied your trip after booking.

All traffic violations received will be deducted from your deposit or credit card if received after you return the vehicle. A $50 administration fee will be added along with any processing fees.

No, all our rentals are strictly non-smoking vehicles. We reserve the right to charge our clients a clean-up fee and a down-time fee for vehicles that smell like smoke upon return

All our vehicles are for on-road use only. Vehicles are monitored for any off-road use using automated GPS alerts, with immediate termination of the rental agreement if detected.

All our rental cars come with minimum 150 km up to 300 km allowance per day. Please ask one of our staff if you require additional details or would like to purchase extra mileage protection.

No, we do not require the vehicle to be returned full. We appreciate if the vehicle comes back with the same level of fuel as the time of check-out. However, we can do the leg work for you and charge $3/litre for all cars that require refuelling to the same level as check-out.

Yes, all our rental vehicles are professionally maintained and detailed to the highest standards before pick up. With last minute reservations, we let our clients decide if they would like the car detailed before the rental begins or if they prefer a more swift check out in the rare case the car has not already been cleaned. 

Only under unique circumstances do we negotiate our rental price. Need a car for pictures, videos or last minute and we might be able to get you a deal! However, it’s our priority to offer the finest vehicles, paired with a true conviction to make sure every customer leaves with a smile on their face; all which comes at a price. 

Yes, we do offer Pick-Up and Drop-off service. Depending on the distance, we might charge a service fee. Please get in touch with one of our friendly staff members for a quote.

Yes, all our vehicles are equipped with GPS and TAG devices. We only access GPS data if the car isn’t returned in time or used in violation of the rental terms (such as excessive speeding or off-road use). Automated alerts notify us of any use in violation of the rental terms.
